SetraNews is Setra's new newsletter that goes out to customers, employees and other stakeholders in both Sweden and abroad.
The newsletter is published in both Swedish and English and is scheduled to be published 3-4 times per year.
SetraNews is partly a result of a customer survey that Setra carried out in Swedish and abroad during the fall 2010. The result shows that our customers generally are very satisfied with Setra, especially the relations with the contact persons at Setra. But among the areas that can be improved emerged desires for greater proactivity and more details about what happens in the company. We hope that SetraNews will eventually become part of this improvement.
