We maintain high ethical standards in all our business relationships. We treat our customers, suppliers and partners with responsibility and integrity. We compete on fair terms and we have zero tolerance against money laundering, bribery and other forms of anti-competitive impact. All financial information and sustainability performance is reported correctly.

Employees
Our employees are the most important resource we have. We ensure that each of us has the right skills and gives everyone the opportunity to develop. All employees are responsible for their own behavior and their actions in everyday life. Our managers and leaders are important role models in this work. Setra promotes gender equality and diversity. We recruit and treat all employees without discrimination or preferential treatment.

Working Environment
Our working environment is safe, stimulating and enjoyable. The working environment refers to both the physical and psychosocial conditions. We work systematically to prevent illness and accidents and increase attendance. Co-workers, safety representatives and employers work together to promote health and safety. Setra has a zero vision for accidents at work.

Environment and Climate
We take into account our impact on people and the environment throughout the value chain. We apply the precautionary principle to changes in our business and are working to prevent pollution. Our timber comes from responsibly managed forests and our processing is done in a resource efficient manner. Other environmental aspects of our operations are energy consumption and climate impact.
