Setra takes a holistic approach to sustainability issues

Setra’s Environmental Manager, Charlotte Thedéen, has been appointed as the company’s Sustainability Director and will have overall responsibility for the staff functions Environment, HR and Communications.

“Sustainability issues are strategic to our business. Our success in further highlighting these will be decisive for our continued development and long-term competitiveness,” says Hannele Arvonen, President and CEO of Setra.

“Under Charlotte Thedéen’s leadership we are now taking a holistic approach to the sustainability issues that are most significant for us and further coordinating our activities within HR, environment and communications.

Charlotte Thedéen has a Master of Science degree in Engineering and has been Environmental Manager at Setra since 2013. Prior to joining Setra, she was Environmental Manager at Fortum’s subsidiary Stockholm Gas. Charlotte will take up her new position on 1 September and will be a member of Setra’s Group Management.

The present HR and Communications Director, Lotta Löwhagen Lundberg, will then leave Setra after ten years with the company. However, she will continue to provide management with support in communications issues during an interim period.
